I think this is how it should be. When you open the inner archive, it is 
unpacked from the outer archive to a temporary location. When you close the 
outer archive, everything is cleaned up, and the temporary inner archive file 
is deleted. After that, you can't extract anything from it.
So this is actually expected behaviour.
