Make that three that it's happened to - it just happened to another
one I upgraded today (December 3, 2008). I didn't submit the report
automatically this time though, but it is still alive and kicking.
Probably the reason it's not more prevalent is that it only happens
when the default install's vim-tiny has been replaced by the
full-featured vim package.
