Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: upstart

During normal boot, you can have the boot process stopped because of
fsck finding an inconsitency during periodic file system checks.

I think it's a serious bug, because the normal user gets an english
message - many, many people in the world don't understand english - the
announces something ununderstandable for the non technical user.

I myself, althoug I am a quite technical person and I know quite
english, have difficulties to interpret the message appearing.

The normal "joe" ubuntu user gets a situation which he absolutely cannot
understand nor manage, and the only solution is to look for help from
some ubunty guy.

I think the boot process, or fsck, should be put in condition of
managing these situation.

If this doesn't happen, ubuntu seeks absolutely not newby- nor user-
friendly
