I can confirm this would be good to have. I don´t know how easy it is to
implement, since ~/.config/Thunar/uca.xml does not exist by default. It
is not present on the Xubuntu 8.10 LiveCD and it is not present in my
own installation of Xubuntu 8.10. Perhaps there is a system wide file it
could be placed in. Alternatively, could the file be created in
/etc/skel and copied to /home/$USER during installation similar to
~/.profile, ~/.bashrc, and ~/.bash_logout are created.
