Which version of Ubuntu are you using?
It looks like lots of packages are not configured yet.
Run the following command from a terminal:
$ LANG=C sudo dpkg --configure -a
Proceeding the command with LANG=C makes sure the output is in English in case
anything goes wrong (my German is not so good).
cupsys is normally installed by default. Why do you need to install
cupsys manually?
