I'm using fluxbox and login screen slim. Consoles are OK when only slim is running and issue appears 2-3seconds after logging in. When I kill/stop X11 by CTRL+ALT+backspace issues disappears. After stopping X11 and re-starting it from tty1 issue won't appear again.
