Bugs that happen only once in a while, or worse, only during installation,
get very little attention. They use to be hard to reproduce, involving
specific steps, and sometimes depend on specific hardware configurations.

Even if it's true and to some point understandable, it's still a shame.

One way to fix it is with more work from the part of the affected ones (us).
More advocacy, more "complaining" (in the "right way"), more work (coding,
testing, debugging), anything. Problem is, I really have very little time to
do it. But I can't blame other volunteers for prioritizing their own
problems...
