When replying via email, please ensure you reply without any replies, i.e. do not just click reply, but rather remove everything from the reply message body before sending. In regards to the problem, have you tried changing the Screen resolution in the Settings, etc. What have you tried and not tried, are you using any Restricted Drivers? We really need to narrow this down so we know if it is a simple error or actually a bug. You might find it useful to go to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures where many common problems are shown, and may make more sense to someone who can see their specific problem than myself. If you find it of use, please include any log files and attachments, but I must stress that they be sent **separately**.
