Well the problem is that the original kde4 installation (beta 1) contains more icon files from oxgene theme. Koffice-data-kde4 package also contains some icons that have the same name and installation path. So apt prevent them to be overwritten. You can find the conflicting icon files on the deb package, and delete it. It solves this bug.
