Public bug reported:
On my work computer, I have a graphical error that sometimes occurs when
I switch between windows using the mouse. When I use alt+tab, the
glitch does not seem to occur at all. Sometimes, the header bar of the
window, which contains the icon, the title of the window and the
minimize, maximize/restore and close buttons will not display correctly.
The results are always different, sometimes it is white, sometimes it is
transparent, or sometimes it looks like it is filled with random
graphical "noise". If I roll my mouse over (without clicking) the icon
the far left of the header bar, or the minimize, maximize/restore and
close buttons, then the header bar will graphically return to normal.
This computer is running an NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE graphics card. I
have Visual Effects set to "Normal".
