I also got this problem on edgy with horizontal documents. I can't coiche paper
orientation on printing option (also if in the help is explained this option)
and rotating the pdf contenent from menu doesn't resolve the problem on the
print output.
I try to use xpdf to rotate and print horizontal documesnts and works fine. Can
you also test your case with XPDF rotating the document?
At last i can confirm this bug for debiain and ubuntu.
