encontre una solucion alternativa... pero la obtuve por casualidad.... consiste en abrir firefox presionar F11 dos veces y luego abrir otra vez firefox y hacer click en el boton restaurar de la nueva ventana (entre minimizar y cerrar)... pruebenlo y avisenme si les funciono.
