thanks for advice, i followed it, went to adobe's site and got newest flashplugin for 64bit, removed all flash-pkgs and the nasty nspwrapper, created a folder in /usr/lib called flashplugin-nonfree and extracted it there. made simlinks to it under the plugi-folders of mozilla, firefox and iceweasel. everything is working fine, it is way better than before... nevertheless, i still get 60% CPU... is this normal? under windows i would get for the same film 25% CPU... what is this?
