Using flash plugin 10 with 3.0.4 Firefox. On a 1.9 ghz dual core cpu, watching Hulu.com videos, it averages 37% and full screen averages 75%. When I start moving my mouse over the full screen video it turns into a slideshow. Turning off compiz had no effect.
