Can you please provide more information than that? Perhaps a screenshot
of the error message would help. First I'm going to try and
troubleshoot to see if it is a hardware failure rather than a bug. If
we can't fix it, then I will request more information so we can finish
the triage on this bug.
Can you please plug the drive in and post the output of the following commands:
sudo fdisk -l
sudo blkid
mount
And also upload to this bug report as an attachment the file /etc/fstab
