I was certain that the problem acctually exist in windows. Since
microsoft does not provide an easy means to report such things I decided
to report this way. That way other users may be informed of a security
risk that they would not be informed of by microsoft.

Bug description:
This problem is probably with Windows xp home itself but I would like to report
here first.
dual boot xp home/ubuntu hardy 8.04.1 lts
I tried to gain access to a password protected user account on the xp partion
while running Ubuntu. I expected to be blocked just as I would if running xp. I
was not and gained access to all files and folders for the account.
This is a blessing since the password for the user was forgotten. But a curse
since this could be used to gain access to sensitive files on the windows
partition.
