I tried several experiments, and I think the following comments would be useful:
First, I think several different bugs are present in this bug report. Some people can resolve their problem with the laster network manager (from PPA), but it's not working with me. Second, I am trying to connect to eduroam access, which is the same problem as some people here. This is not a wpa_supplicant or driver problem, as I can connect with my own script. I attach the scripts I have used to connect to my eduroma point. Can other people with problem with eduroam can try it ? (Note: please modify your interface in start/stop_fac and the fields identity, password and ca_cert in wpa_supplicant.conf.) Julien. On Wed, Dec 10, 2008 at 4:39 PM, Noel J.
