The submenu example still doesn't have a constructor in the package. Also, although it is not actually to do with this particular problem, the submenu example has a comment in it about one of the methods not working. This comment is on the method that DOES work, the other one does not, for the simple reason that it is poorly coded, and was never going to work. The solution to this is to just write the dead method the same way as the working method
