The bookmark is actually added in the "unfiled bookmarks" you can view
them by going to Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > and then viewing the
Unfiled Bookmarks in the side bar. I am marking this bug as invalid
since it is not a bug, please reopen if you do not agree.
