Thanks: I've updated my paper size; though I am still unable to print. After reviewing my system logs, I see that I *did* get the "cupsdAuthorize: Local authentication certificate not found!" error messages. I was getting two messages every five seconds for about an hour (about the same time as when I was trying to kick CUPS into printing by visiting localhost:631 on my workstation).
