In Ubuntu 8.04.1 LTS "Manage Print Jobs" is also under Applications >
Accessories.
We should not have a menu entry for this at all since a tray icon appears after
starting a print job that allows to open the "Manage Print Jobs" window which
is the most intuitive way to manage print jobs.
