Binary package hint: emacs-goodies-el
When editing debian/control files, the tag DM-Upload-Allowed is not
colored in font-lock mode. The tag that _is_ recognized is
"Dm_Upload_Allowed", but this is not the capitalization most commonly
used.
Fixed by the attached dpatch.
