It looks like it might just be Xinerama, when I disable xinerama, I no long see this behavior.
I cant actually figure out how to use the other monitor though. I can see the mouse, but when I right/left click nothing happens. I cant actually figure out how to start an application on that screen or move anything over. There is no KDE toolbar at the bottom either.
