So this is now an "invalid" bug? Does that mean that kubuntu is an invalid distro, too?
Apologies for the sarcasm, but the typical response to bug reports I have taken part of is to minimize investigation, disbelieve reports, and quickly assign a bug status that implies there is no problem. While this is not a show stopping issue for me (I just go use one of our windows PCs to print PDFs when kpdf is unable to), this is the kind of mentality that will certainly prevent more than an elite minority of users to enjoy linux. How about creating a bug status of "This is a bug, but right now, we can't handle the load" ?? OK, back to your regular scheduled programming...
