** Changed in: ubuntu
       Status: Incomplete => New

** Description changed:

  bootnext is a Python script for Fedora that lets you reboot into another
  OS directly by clicking on it in a list rather than waiting for the
  machine to reboot and present the boot menu, by modifying GRUB's
  menu.lst.

- Notes: It should be relatively easy for someone knowledgeable to convert into
a .deb package and include in Ubuntu's repositories. Ideally this option would
be well-integrated with the standard "Shut Down..." dialog, maybe as a separate
option next to the normal Restart? (gnome-session package and maybe
fast-user-switch-applet)
