Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately the problem still persists with a fully updated intreprid (I did the last update an hour ago).
I attach the files you asked for. These are based on my laptop. The same problem persists with my desktop as well. But I am not near it and I am out of town for a couple of weeks.
