- Build-depends on libxerces-c2-dev instead of
libxerces27-dev (LP: #284753).
* Fixed missing includes, fixes FTBFS.
* WSMAN_Common/Src/XMLUtils_XRCS.cpp:
- Uses xercesc_2_8 namespace instead of xercesc_2_7,
fixes FTBFS (LP: #156208).

UNS does not compile, required libxerces27-dev but in Intrepid there is
libexerces-2c (equals to libexerces28).
