Hi everyone Before any body burns any synaps or loose time. I have solved the issue.
I had checked all the boxes I could in the Software sources. To fixe the problem I just unchecked the ones that are not recomended. Voila! Updates are ok. Now! If the error msg had suggested something to that effect it would have saved me a lot of time.
