My fault: you are right.
lib32ffi4 depends on 4.2.3-2ubuntu7 when it should depends on gcc 4.3:
lib32ff4 has been dropped from gcc4.2 in version 4.2.4-3ubuntu2 (you can see
the debdiff there:
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/16347668/gcc-4.2_4.2.4-3ubuntu1_4.2.4-3ubuntu2.diff.gz)
because it was supposed to be built in gcc 4.3
We have to see now why lib32ffi4 is not built in gcc 4.3.
Changing package to gcc 4.3
