Hi,
while I was testing how this could be done, I found out, that I simply had to 
change one number in a file.
Then I wrote 2 scripts (because I didn't know how to do this in one script and 
didn't had the time to look for it).
I attached the 2 scripts, the command is very simple.
Then I made a keyboard shortcut in compiz. Ctrl+Alt+Q for turning wireless off, 
Ctrl+Alt+W for turning it on.
It WORKS.

So, if you can do that, would you please write ONE script out of that and maybe 
you can show us how to use the side button...
I cannot afford the time right know.
