mondo has been correctly re-versioned in jaunty. We can't re-version it
in hardy/intrepid. If there is a bug which qualifies for an SRU
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates) than the best is to
provide a patch and we will include it in the appropriate releases.
