Hi,
libnet-libidn-perl is a new bdep of libio-socket-ssl-perl.
We inherit packaging from Debian which could be improved, but it works
and is good enough for so small a package.
The library does manipulate data from the network (URLs would qualify
for instance), but the actual work is done by libidn which we have in
main already.
The size of the full package says it all:
