Way to reproduce:
1. Open a KDE 3 app (e.g. Amarok)
2. Click Help -> *** Handbook
Expected result:
A Help centre window comes up.
Actual result:
An error box comes up which says
Could not launch the KDE Help Center:
Could not find service 'khelpcenter':
Workaround:
move all things in /usr/share/doc/kde4 into /usr/share/doc/kde and create a
link in place of it.
move all things in /usr/share/kde4/services into /usr/share/services and create
a link in place of it.
