The missing vim registry entry file, /usr/share/vim/registry/vim-
vimoutliner.yaml, is now part of the vim-vimoutliner package as of
version 0.3.4-8 which is used by 8.04 and 8.10.
If a member of UbuntuBugControl reads this, I would recommend that the
status is updated to Low. This is because there is an easy workaround
(described in this bug report) and it affects a non-core minor
application.
