I solved my problem by deleting contacts from both evolution and pidgin. Another problem is: when jabber contact is present in evolution and you have two jabber accounts, this contact every time appears in both accounts. I assume, the problem is in evolution plugin for pidgin, as it cannot unassign contact from it's evolution counterpart when deleted, or tell to which account contact belongs.
