Same here. Unfortunately the only workaround that I found was to comment the "AuthInfoRequired username,password " line on "printers.conf" file (http://blog.avirtualhome.com/2008/11/21/cant-print-in-evince-gedit-claws-mail). And as everybody said: it gets reverted.
