Since upgrading from dapper to edgy my "dmesg" is full of:

[17188488.960000] eth1: uploading firmware...
[17188489.040000] eth1: firmware version: 1.0.4.3
[17188489.040000] eth1: firmware upload complete
[17188489.280000] eth1: interface reset complete
For networking I use a PCI-WLAN-adapter that uses the prism54-module.
The affected package probably is linux-source-2.6.17.
