Hi, thanks for the report. Is this bug still reproducible? If so, please
do a backtrace (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace), reproduce, and
attach to this report.
Also run pidgin in debug mode (pidgin --debug), reproduce, and look at
the bottom of the output for messages that looks relevant.
