You received this error from pastebinit because the DNS query failed.
This can be caused by various different problems including in your case the
lack of bandwidth.
Pastebinit is just using urllib which in turns use the http functions of python
finally using the python socket which is the one doing the DNS request. Even if
we handled error reporting in pastebinit, the best we could show is something
like "Failed to reach the remote pastebin" which would be a pain to debug in
case you file a bug report where the traceback you copy/pasted in your bug
report is actually useful and gives the developer an immediate idea of what
happened.
As it's not a bug in pastebinit (it would have been if the pastebin
didn't exist) but rather an issue of not being able to perform a DNS
query on your system, I'm closing that bug report as Invalid.
