Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org-core
A fontwork object can not set into the front / above of an other object
like a rectangle or a bitmap object in OOo writer openoffice.org-core
1:2.4.1-11ubuntu2.1 Thu Nov 20 09:02:58 UTC 2008 (AMD64).
How to reproduce the symptom:
- open OOo writer
- create some objects like a filled rectangle, a bitmap and a fontwork object
- arrange these objects on the sheet that they overlap partially
- select the fontwork object
- on the fontwork object use the context menu Arrange / Bring to Front
Expected:
- the fontwork object becomes fully visible / set on top of the stack
Seen:
- no change in object order and the fontwork object remains partially visible
Remark:
The same process works with OOo Draw.
