Unfortunately I see no way to edit my last post. Just a minor correction and the exact procedure of what I did to make hibernate working again.
1. The file is "/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume", where you have to check the UUID of the swap partition 2. Update Initrd by "sudo update-initramfs –u" 3. Update grub by "sudo /sbin/update-grub" Thats, what has worked for me.
