Public bug reported:

Ubuntu edgy, server, x86_64 (intel), kernel 2.6.17.13 compile does work.

/usr/bin/make -C drbd KERNEL_SOURCES=/usr/src/linux-source-2.6.17
MODVERSIONS=detect KERNEL=linux-2.6.17.13-ubuntu1
KDIR=/usr/src/linux-source-2.6.17
make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/src/modules/drbd/drbd'

    Calling toplevel makefile of kernel source tree, which I believe is in
    KDIR=/usr/src/linux-source-2.6.17

mv: missing destination file operand after `drbd_buildtag.c{.new,}'
Try `mv --help' for more information.

Module /usr/src/modules/drbd failed.

When I use the drbd 0.8 pre 6 sourcecode from the projects internet site, I
only can compile it, doing it the following way:
make KDIR=/usr/src/linux-source-2.6.17 SHELL=/bin/bash
Installing does work. modprobe or a Server restart does not work, I get tons of
error when trying to load the module.

But what is the matter of the drb8 ubuntu module source?

Greetings, Joh.
