It was a bad configuration of kmix.
Today I found a valid configuration for record sounds:
Volume mixer configuration:
Input Source : Front Mix !!!
Digital: Max Level !!!
Headphone: Enable !!!
Capture: Enable and with medium level
IEC958: Muted
IEC958 Default PCM: Muted
Front Mic: Muted and at Max level !!!
Front Mic Boost: at Max level !!!
Front Mic Boost(capture) : at Max level !!!
If something is changed to another position the mic volume may be
affected.
** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
Status: Invalid => New
