Here is the .so file. Copy the .tar.gz file to / and run "sudo tar -zxvf xf86-video-radeonhd-1.2.4-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz"
That will place the file in the right place in the /usr directory. Otherwise, just place the radeonhd_drv.so file directly into the /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/ directory. Note: I'm not sure if the "AllowEmptyInput" "off" is important but that was critical for me in Archlinux - X wouldn't start without it. So if X still fails to start then add that to the xorg.conf file (as described in my previous message.
