Yes, when I disable IPv6 in firefox, it works for me. Sorry when that wasn't
clear.

** Description changed:

  With jaunty, internet no longer works on my machine. I can download
  updates and ping sites on the internet, but browsing the web and IRC
  doesn't work any more. I believe it's an issue with IPv6, because when I
  disable it in firefox on the about:config page (network.dns.disableIPv6
- = true).
+ = true), firefox works.
