Hello, unfortunately I needed the printer for school so I loaded a copy of Xubuntu that I had and I didn't retain any of the system logs. Sorry! But thanks for the link to the cups info I'm sure that will come in handy. I was in a hurry to turn in an essay but next time I will make it a point to copy error logs to a thumb drive or something. Thank you!
