Public bug reported:
In order for Eclipse 3.4 to be in Debian main and Ubuntu universe, it
must only depend on packages in main/universe. Jetty is currently in
contrib. In order for it to be moved to main, it needs to be reviewed
to make sure that it builds with free tools and it doesn't depend on
anything outside of main.
