Public bug reported:
http://people.ubuntu.com/~cjwatson/seeds/edgy/blacklist appears to be
based on out of date bugs for clamav.
The rationale comment for blacklisting clamav lists CAN-2003-0946,
CAN-2004-0270, debian#209084. The debian bug was fixed ages ago
(.6something, with current version at 0.88.4 in ubuntu) and it appears
the listed vulnerabilities have also been fixed.
