* Fresh install (originally upgraded from a fresh 8.04 installation)
I have chosen a screen saver in 8.10 and in the power management I have said
"turn off display after 40 minutes". However, the screen saver doesn't come on
within 1 minute as I had selected, instead, the screen goes blank after exactly
10 minutes and the monitor light turns orange. I have nothing set to happen
when the computer is idle for 10 minutes.
Bug report objectives:
* Attempt to isolate problem to a certain *buntu
* Attempt to isolate problem to certain display settings.
* Find out how wide-spread the problem is.
