Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

Ubuntu 8.10

here is my configuration
PC1 :
eth1 IP 192.168.1.2
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.1

DSL Modem:
IP 192.168.1.1

sometimes, when my DSL access is off, i need to connect to the internet
via a 56k connection. I didn't find how to configure it in
NetworkManager, so i use Gnome-PPP

when the ppp connection is up, access to the internet is impossible
because default route is still 192.168.1.1

the default route have to be the ppp0 interface.

I need to unplug the ethernet cable from eth1 card to make it work

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
